These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the 5KWPH app ("the App"), owned and operated by Bad Gateway Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using 5KWPH, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscriptions and Payments

5KWPH offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("5KWPH Pro").

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.

2. Use of the App

• You may use 5KWPH for personal or commercial purposes.
• You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
• We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle and protect your information.

4. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
• We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• Your use of 5KWPH is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bad Gateway Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or inability to use it.
