By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Espresso ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
Upon purchase, Bad Gateway Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Espresso on your personal devices, subject to the following conditions:

Espresso and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Bad Gateway Limited. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Payment is processed through Creem. By making a purchase, you also agree to Creem's terms of service.
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the Software does not function as described. To request a refund, contact us at hello@badgateway.co with your order details.
Your license includes access to all updates released for the current major version of Espresso. Major version upgrades (e.g., from v1.x to v2.x) may require an additional purchase at a discounted rate.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BAD GATEWAY LIMITED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAD GATEWAY LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
